Conference History
The International Conference on New Trends in Social Sciences 2019 – NTSS – took place on the 5th-7th of September in one of the brightest and stunning cities in Europe, Barcelona (Spain). It was an international academic festival full of learning and networking opportunities.
The participants came from such countries as Australia, Georgia, Israel, India, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, Georgia, United Kingdom, Albania, Turkey, and France. Bringing with them unique perspectives and experiences, the attendees used every minute of the event not only to learn from our prestigious panel of speakers, but from each other. For three days they engaged in insightful conversations on the latest trends and developments in the field. Some of the topics covered include pension systems, the impact of social media on awareness of individuals, the link between cognitive abilities and the main soft skills, the dangers of being a journalist, the impact of governmental gender-based violence and discrimination prevention policies and initiatives on women, and dozens of others.
Whether in seminars, during networking hours, or while at social events, the attendees were able to freely express their opinions and propose creative solutions to common challenges. It was as inspiring as it was thought-provoking. We look forward to welcoming you at the 2023 edition of NTSS. We expect to see many familiar faces and are eager to add new members to our international academic network.
